Venus Beginner= #1 Level Class: Great for Beginners and Regular daily practice. Weight Loss, Detoxifying, Muscle toning, and Rehabbing. Venus Beginner was designed for both men and women.
A style of hatha yoga designed for a room therapeutically heated to 105 degrees and 40% humidity for 90 minutes. Dr. King combined the experience of over two decades of owning a high profile practice in LA, years of Yoga studio ownership, practice and mentor-ship from top yogis; furthermore, his understanding from coaching various Olympic and world class athletes allowed for the creation of this amazing and dynamic class. This class is both physically and mentally challenging and is a good introduction to hot yoga as well as a class that can be practiced on a daily basis. Venus Beginner was designed for both men and women with a focus on strengthening the cardio vascular system, opening of the Venus (heart) chakra etc. This is truly a TRANSFORMATIONAL Yoga course!
~Earth = 100 Degrees (Hot!)
Hot! Pilates = #2 Level Class: Focus on Core (Ab) Strengthening and Sculpting of Long Beautiful Muscles. Both Women and Men love this class.
The only Hot Pilates class in Vegas! An awesome 60 minutes Mat Pilates class provided at 100 degrees and 40% humidity. Pilates on steroids: burn an extra few hundred calories and protect your muscles and joints in a therapeutically heated room. Dr. Rollins recommends all students take at least one hot Pilates per week to create a balance of core, hip and upper body strengthening in their programs.
Earth Vinyasa (flow) = #2-3 Level Class: Intermediate and Advanced. Beginner okay with ability to do 5 plus push-ups. Muscle Toning, Strengthen, Core Power, Endurance.
A 60 – 75 minute class, developed by Dr. King Rollins. Specifically designed to rehabilitate and strengthen the injured and sore muscles and joints of Las Vegas dancers, mixed martial arts fighters, circus performers and casino workers. A great class for anyone interested in optimum health and fitness. This class is taught as an intermediate class at 100 degrees Fahrenheit and 40%humidity. +/- 3. Appropriate for Beginners who are mindful of their effort and abilities.
~Mars= 95 degrees
Baptiste Yoga = #2-4 Level Class: Intermediate and Advanced. Hosted by Zeek. Beginner okay with ability to do 5 plus push-ups. Muscle Toning, Strengthen, Core Power, Endurance.
Baptiste 90 minute class taught at 95-100 degrees or higher 40%humidity. This class is appropriate for yoga beginners as well as experienced yoga practitioners.Zeek Vincent is your host for this class…Take this class you will LOVE it!
Mars Power Vinyasa Yoga = #2-4 Level Class: A little bit more intense than Earth Vinyasa. A Great class for individuals who have taken 20 + classes, or who are in good condition. Muscle Toning, Strengthen, Core Power, Endurance.
Mars Power Vinyasa is a challenging Intermediate-Beginner yoga class (This class demands more physical effort than the Earth or Venus classes). This is an intensive 90 minute class that has elements of the Baptiste class, designed to work and stimulate every nerve, muscle, joint, and tissue of the body. This class is taught at 95 degree and 40% humidity.
Yin Yoga= #0 Level Class: Great for beginners and those looking for a low physical effort, meditative class.
90 minute Slow, Passive Stretching Class. This in an excellent class for beginners while many seasoned yoga students are finding the Yin yoga class to be the perfect compliment and balance to their more active, yang practices. Strength of mind and body is the class focus. We recommend everyone take one or more Yin classes per week.
