Venus yoga is a set series that is 60 to 75 minutes long, containing a set of static postures performed in a room therapeutically heated to 105° and 40% humidity. Venus is a beginner’s yoga class but can be extremely beneficial to the most experienced yogi. This hot yoga series is designed to work, massage and stimulate every organ, muscle, tendon and gland in the body. The increased sweating while performing the static postures helps detoxify the body. There is additional focus on opening and strengthening the hips, shoulders and spine. Venus yoga helps you lose weight, increase flexibility and strengthens core.
