We are proud to offer Ashtanga Yoga classes in a heated setting! This class is a structured Vinyasa style class. It is designed with a strong sense of purpose that purifies the body and mind through quick and powerful poses. Ashtanga Yoga follows a set sequence of asanas or “poses” that students practice each time while holding each pose for five breaths.
