Barefoot Boot Camp combines the most important work out concepts from kettle bells, hot Pilates and yoga classes. The integration of these diverse exercises work together to create a 60-minute class that focuses on breathing techniques, alignment and core. With a goal to build strength and endurance, this is essentially every Vegas hot class combined into one!
