Vinyasa Yoga is a fast-paced, more intense style of yoga.  It connects your movements with your breathing, and focuses on flowing in and out of postures. The goal is to increase stamina, strength and flexibility. Vegas Hot is a premier Las Vegas Vinyasa Studio. Vinyasa promotes flexibility and weight loss when done regularly.  If you want to take your Yoga to the next level and burn calories fast then this class if for you! Vinyasa is performed in an environment between 95 and 98° and 40% humidity.
