Hot Barre

Hot Barre incorporates techniques from yoga, pilates, and ballet to help you get lean and sculpted muscles. The class focuses on exhausting different muscle groups in 10-15 minute intervals. Vegas Hot’s heated Barre classes promotes weight loss and core strengthening. When done on a regular basis, Hot Barrie can improve your posture, help sculpt a more defined back, glutes, abs, and arms. The class temperature is 95° and 40% humidity. Each class is designed to accommodate beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners.
