I was first introduced to yoga just over ten years ago. While flexibly challenged, I continued to attempt different yoga practices intermittently throughout the past decade. About three years ago, I decided to make Yoga a part of my daily life. Recently, I completed 200 RYT in The Himalayas of Ladakh, India under the guidance of Yogi Amandeep Singh. More recently, I have studied the Venus Series under the instruction of Danielle McDonald. I am excited to share the tidbits I have picked up along the way as I continue to take the next step of discovering this great practice.
