Started modeling when I was 19,,,lead to training and lifting weights,then started as an atmosphere dancer in PR,NY,,,became a personal trainer,and to stay in shape when I moved to Vegas 11 years ago started kickboxing,muay Thai,transition to MMA,,,from there began training in krav maga,form of self defense,started assisting the instructor and advanced my training,began teaching,came to Vegas hot to start doing some yoga and fell in love with the fitness classes ,specifically kettle bell boot camp,got my kettle bell technique certification and boothcamp certification under Danielle McDonald at Vegas hot ,started teaching classes and incorporate some of the moves and techniques from all the disciplines that I've learned thru years of studies of fitness and conditioning,,,classes incorporate,moves from self defense,cardio from mma,and conditioning from dancing to make them fun and challenging.Strike x Monday 1pm
